Overview：

 

This is a Single Layer Triple Chamber Laminator for automatic sealing test of photovoltaic modules, which is the core equipment of photovoltaic module production line and a single-layer three-chamber laminator

Main structure: loading table, two section hot pressing units (according to customer needs to choose heating mode), one cooling unit, unloading table. Three sets pumps (according to user needs to choose Chinese pump or Germany pump). Two sets heating stations.

 

 

Effective laminating size:

 

Can be standard 2700*7800mm, 2700*8700mm, other size can be custom-made. (please contact with sales)

1. Equipment size: according to the customer's selected coating area tailored

10. The laminator bases on double heating section laminator, adds one more cooling section. The cooling section will accelerate temperature decrease on the surface of solar module. It will be mainly better for double glass module, to optimize for glass warps, and reduce EVA residual glue contamination of glass surface.

11. The encapsulation unit is pressurized three times after closing the cover, and the upper extraction and the lower filling ensure the component film is complete.

Dual pressure system ensures uniform EVA flow and full filling in the coated cavity, while discharging bubbles.

12. Multiple detection points are set in the whole machine to monitor the whole process of photovoltaic modules in real time to ensure that each link is controllable.

13. Load-bearing :≥1.3 tons/square meter.

14. Automatic：chamber fully automatic loading and unloading, intelligent control, can be connected with the fully automatic production line. The H-type upper box has a circulating high-temperature cloth structure, which is synchronized with the lower conveyor belt and can be connected with the automatic assembly line.

15. Easy maintenance：The internal structure can facilitate equipment maintenance and operation personnel to check the equipment status and abnormal conditions, so as to facilitate the replacement of wearing parts and consumables; The frame structure is simple, and the maintenance personnel can access any parts for maintenance.
